Ich bin da in allem sehr skeptisch. 

Is schon klar. Da ich eh das halbe Internet mit Sadhguru vollspame, hier ein Zitat nur für Dich:

‘Unfortunately, suspicion is mistaken for scepticism. For a suspicious person, the spiritual experience is completely out of his reach. But not for the sceptic. The sceptic has doubts. That’s fine. Doubt is healthy. But suspicion is different. Suspicion is a sickness.’
